Appetizers
Chips & Salsa
	Our Salsa is similar to a Pico de Gallo, loaded with cilantro, mexican oregano, tomatoes and onions. We can vary the peppers used to make is as spicy or mild as you like.
Chili Con Queso
	Mild cheddar cheese sauce with pablano peppers and green onions. Served warm.
Guacamole
	Fresh, chunky hass avacados with red onion, tomato, lime, cilantro and cumin.
Entrees
Brazilian BBQ Pinwheel Steaks
	Skirt steak cut into strips and marinated in a Brazilian BBQ Sauce. Grilled to perfection and served with an accompaniment of more sauce on the side.
South American Flank Steak
	Flank steak marinated with cumin, corriander, cilantro, chipolte peppers in adobe sauce, and orange juice. Grilled to perfection. We can vary the use of the peppers to make is as spicy or mild as you like.
Fajitas
	Choose between beef, chicken or shrimp cooked with fajita spices and grilled onions and peppers. Served with your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
Carnie Asada Tacos
	Marinated steak, grilled to perfection. Served with corn or flour tortillas and guacamole and sour cream.
Soft Chicken Tacos
	Chicken, grilled to perfection. Served with corn or flour tortillas and guacamole and sour cream, or try our Mango Salsa.
Sides
Black Beans
	Tender black beans are cooked with onions, and bell peppers for a wonderful flavor.
Refried Beans
	Refired beans are cooked with spices and topped with jack and cheddar cheeses.
Spanish Rice
	Rice cooked in chicken broth with tomato sauce, corn and carrots and topped with a bit of butter for a little bite of luxury.

Instead of giving you cookie cutter menus, we like to work with you to develop menus that "cater to your needs". The menu choices are only "suggested" samples.
