We are constantly adding to the selections found here, so if you can't find exactly what you want, please contact us! This is only a small sampling of dishes we can prepare for you. Read below for what you can expect to be included with the menu you select.

Instead of giving you cookie cutter menus, we like to work with you to develop menus that "cater to your needs". The menu choices are only "suggested" samples. Prices are not included on our menu selection pages as these menus are not pre-packaged meals. You select what you want at your party, give use the number of people attending, and we will custom quote the price for your catered event.

Standard with every event we cater, we include:

• On-site preparation and cooking of your food in our kitchen--not yours.
• Buffet tables covered with black and white checkered table clothes.
• Chaffing dishes and utensils for the buffet line.
• A serving staff to serve your guests.
• High quality paper plates and heavy duty plastic silverware custom wrapped in color-coordinated, dinner-size paper napkins to match your event.
• Complimentary rolls and butter.
• Extra napkins, condiments and handi-wipes.
