Bruschetta with melted Gorganzola Chesse (Italian Toast with Topping)
  Topped with Spinach, Caramelized Onions, Roasted Red Peppers and Bacon.
Baked Clams with Prosciutto Bits and Bread Crumbs
  Clams steamed in white wine Topped with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic and procuitto. Baked until golden brown.
Polenta Bites with Caramelized Mushrooms
  Creamy cheese polenta bites topped with caramelized mushrooms cooked in white with thyme, lemon juice and garlic.

Salads
Watermelon Salad
  Fresh Watermelon, thin sliced red onion, feta cheese, mint and cilantro tossed in a balsamic vinegarette.
Endive and Frisee Salad with Oranges and Hazelnuts
  Crisp Endive and Frisee greens. Topped with Orange Segments and toasted Hazelnuts with a Shallot Balsalmic vinaigrette.
Mediterranean Cucumber & Tomato Salad
  Cucumbers and tomatoes tossed with fresh oregano and feta cheese, and a light balsamic vinegarette.
 
Entrees
Meat & Cheese Lasagna
  Meat simmered in a rich marinara sauce, layered with 3 cheeses and italian herbs and sun dried tomatoes.
Mushroom Ravioli Al Forno
  Handmade ravioli stuffed with delicately smoked mushrooms and cheese served in a creamy Alfredo sauce. Baked until golden brown.
Calzones
  Stuffed with spinach and three cheeses, with a hint of nutmeg or stuffed with proscuitto and brie cheese.
Rosemary Mint Lamb
  Tender lamb marinated in a rosemary-mint pesto.
 
Sides
Lemon & Thyme Shrimp Pasta
  Fresh shrimp marinated in extra virgin olive oil, lemon, garlic and thyme. Mixed with shell pasta and a special lemon, white wine and mint dressing.
Roasted Ratatioulle Risotto
  Roasted egg plant, zuchinni, yellow squash, mushrooms, onions, fennel and garlic cooked in a fire roasted tomato sauce and stock. Topped with parmasian cheese.
Rosemary Scented Potato Apple Packets
  Potatoes, apples and rosemary caramelized with a roasted onion and garlic jam and butter. Wrapped in puff pastery and baked until golden brown.
Artichokes with Pork Sausage, Lemon and Sage
  Tender artichokes simmered with Sweet Italian Sausage, Lemon and Sage. A true Roman Classic.
