Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Nut Free Menu Selections

Special requests available. These items are offered as selections for those with special dietary concerns. Most of our side dishes on our regular menus are suited for vegan and vegetarians. Just ask us if in doubt.

Appetizers
Caprese Skewers - Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut Free
  Cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil, skewered and drizzled with our vanilla-fig balsamic reduction.
Crudite Platter - Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Diary Free
  Assorted seasonal vegetables served with our Sweet Potato Hummus.
Stuffed Mini Peppers - Vegan or Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Diary Free if ordering Vegan version
  Mini Peppers are cut in half and filled with our vegan chorizo, quinoa, tomato, and black bean filling. We can make this vegetarian by adding cheese.
Stuffed Mushrooms - Vegan or Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Diary Free if ordering Vegan version
  Mushrooms marinated in Sherry Wine, and stuffed with our filling of sauteed mushrooms, thyme, green onion, garlic and panko bread crumbs. For our Vegetarian version we add in our mascarpone and parmigiano cheeses.
 
Salads
Citrus Salad with Oranges and Almonds - Vegan, Gluten Free, Diary Free
  Crisp iceburg lettuce is topped with mandarin oranges, red onion, avocado and toasted almonds with a wonderful citrus vinaigrette.
Tropical Rice Salad - Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free
  A refreshing cold rice salad with scallions, tarragon, and peas in a light vinaigrette.
Asian Slaw - Vegan, Gluten Free, Diary Free
  Light and refreshing with our own special salad dressing, this salad includes mandarin oranges, scallions and peanuts.
Spring Mix Salad with Dried Cranberries, Candied Pecans and Blue Cheese Crumbles - Vegetarian, Gluten Free (can be made Vegan and Nut Free upon request)
  Tender young greens gently tossed with our signature vanilla-fig and dijon balsamic dressing. It pairs perfectly with the candied pecan and blue cheese. Substitute the dried cranberries with fresh apple or pear instead if in season.
Mediterranean Cucumber, Fennel & Tomato Salad with Oregano & Feta Cheese - Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut Free (can be made Vegan upon request)
  Cucumbers, tomatoes with thinly sliced fennel or topped with fresh oregano, feta cheese and our special Mediterranean vinaigrette.
Spring Mix Mango Salad - Vegan, Gluten Free, Diary Free (can be made Nut Free upon request)
  Spring Mix salad greens with roasted almonds and mangos in a wonderful Mango Vinegarette.
 
Entres
Louisianna-Style Gumbo - Vegan, Dairy Free, Nut Free (can be made Gluten Free upon request)
  Made with the traditional dark roux and holy trinity (onions, celery, bell pepper), we add meaty mushrooms and vegan soy chorizo along with vegan sausage to make this spectacular gumbo. Served with white rice. Meat eaters come back for seconds on this one!
Chili Verde - Vegan or Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Diary Free if ordering Vegan version
  Our green sauce is made with roasted tomatillos, onions, garlic and a touch of jalapeno and a vegetable stock. Then we add onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery, radishes, corn, black beans and great northern beans to make a wonderful hearty chili. You'll never even miss the meat. Cheese and Sour Cream served on the side.
Stuffed Peppers - Vegan or Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Diary Free if ordering Vegan version
  Red Peppers are cut near the top, seeded and filled with our vegan chorizo, wild rice, tomato, corn and black bean filling mixture. We can make this vegetarian by adding cheese.
Roasted Vegetable Lasagna - Vegetarian, Nut Free (can be made Gluten Free upon request)
  We make our tomato sauce from scratch using San Marzano tomatoes and herbs simmered to develop a rich flavor. We then layer the sauce between our herbed cheese blend, roasted eggplant, zucchini, artichoke hearts and bechamel. To make Gluten Free, we can replace the noodles with more layers of eggplant and zucchini ribbons.
California Roasted Vegetable Sandwich - Vegan or Vegetarian, Nut Free, Diary Free if ordering Vegan version (can be made Gluten Free upon request)
  Hoagie rolls topped with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, onions and red bell peppers with lettuce, tomato, avocado and thin sliced provolone cheese. Order the hot version and we leave off the lettuce. We omit the cheese on the vegan version.
 
Desserts
Fruit Crumbles - Vegan or Vegetarian, Nut Free, Gluten Free upon request, Diary Free if ordering Vegan version
  In season fruit baked to a bring out the sweet flavors of the fruit, topped with our custom crumble using oats, butter (coconut oil if making the vegan version), flour (rice flour if making the gluten free version) and brown sugar for a delicious topping.

Instead of giving you cookie cutter menus, we like to work with you to develop menus that "cater to your needs". The menu choices are only "suggested" samples.
